BAND MEMBER BIOGRAPHIES

In that the Bluefish believe that "the blues is not the blues without a jam", it's very rare to see the band without at least one guest performer sitting in. Over the last year, many solo artists along with current and former members of the following bands have jammed with the Bluefish:  Aca-Perco; Annie & Chris; Augie & The Nightcrawlers; The Back Roads Blues Band; Bad Influence; Bad Risk; The Barely White Band; Barrelhouse Bonni; Black Manhattan; The Blue Comets;   Blue Rooster; Blues in the Attic; Blitz Dynette; Bonedaddy; Beulah Mae & the Belvederes; Buddy Guy Band; Buffalo Thunder; The Built 4 Comfort Band; The Castaways; Center Alley; The Channel Cats; Clarence Carter Band; The Clovers; COC Band & Show; Cold Turkey; CrawBoBuJa; Dem Guise; The Deanna Bogart Band; Detroit Slim Band; Everybody's Brother; Fast Eddie & The Hipshakers; Five Dollar Fine; Flat Foot Sam Band; Flat Stanley; Free Beer Blues Band; Free Shotz; Funny Money; Gina Sicilia and her band; Greasy Weasel; Half a Wreck; Hip Pocket Blues; HoBoJa; The Holders; Hot Soup; Hubert Sumlin Band; Indigo Jones; JaBoBuJa; JaBoJa; The Jackson Brothers with Van Showe; The James Cotton Blues Band; Jester; Jinx; John Billington; John Lee Hooker, Jr. & his band; Johnny Guitar Watson Band; Jumptown; KelBoBuJa; Kingfish & The Blue Cats; Kartune City; Kenny & the Cobras; Kix; Ko Ko Blue; Krypton City Blues Band; L.A. & the Unsual Suspects; Lana & the Leasebreakers; Legends of Yesterday; Linda & the Coe Dependents; The Love Machine; Magic; The Maria Rose Band; The Michael Burns Band; Mighty MoJo Blues Band; Mozart Defect; The Nancy Wiles Band; Nappy Brown Band;  Nate Myers & the Aces; The Night Life Blues Band; No Fences;  Only After Dark; Otis Rush Band; The Persuaders; The Phat Katz; The Push; Phoenix; PoBoJa; The Rhythm Kings; River Knot; Ronnie Ray & the Coolers; Room 5; The Ruby Hayes Band; Sand; Sandlewood; Spoonfinger; Second Thoughts; The Shades; 'Shemekia Copeland Band; Side Street; 65 Fastback; The 69 Band; Skyla Burrell Band; Sly Stone Band; Stack o' Blues; The Steve Kemp Trio; The Stooge Pelts; Sudden Change;  Sudden Rush; Ted & Tom;  Ted Hall Blues Church/Jam Band; Thique; The Tone Hounds; The Toni Lynn Washington Band; Topaz; Transfusion; Tribal Stew; True Blue; Tumblin' Run; Twine Time Band; 2 Blue +2; 2 Blue Ensemble; Vaepor; Vernon Taylor & White Lightning; Walter Trout's Radicals; Undercover; The Weld; Yesterday's Wine . . . the list goes on (our apologies for any groups we failed to mention).

If you're a blues musician or a vocalist, be sure to let the band know that you're in the audience at a Bluefish gig - they'll be glad to get you up to jam on a tune or two. If you prefer to just sit back and groove with the blues, it's OK to just listen. Be sure to click on "Rudy's Wall of Fame" link to see how many friends of the band you can identify.
